To promote its new Bud Light Lime cans, Anheuser-Busch is getting the word out through an interesting campaign that takes raunchiness to the next level. The online commercial features confessions of people who claim they enjoy "getting it in the can."
Industry vets have called the spot a "wannabe viral video" that's "crude" and "juvenile."

If you were shocked by Audrina Partridge and Padma Lakshmi's lascivious Carl's Jr. commercials, then wait until you see what the company's up to now. Hardee's, the sister brand to Carl's Jr., has debuted "Biscuit Holes," deep-fried, doughnut hole-shaped biscuits that are iced with cinnamon sugar. To come up with a more creative moniker, however, Hardee's is asking customers for help through a new campaign titled "Name Our Holes."

Earlier this month we saw a behind the scenes video of The Hills star, Audrina Patridge, filming a new Carl's Jr. advertisement. The completed commercial was released yesterday. The ad is for the limited edition Teriyaki Burger and pays tribute to Patridge's amazing physique.

It's no surprise the classic MasterCard trilogy featuring a Boston Terrier is my favorite animal commercial of all time. Badger's so cute and his story really tugs at my heartstrings. Seriously, cannot watch without tearing up (color me sappy).

Burger King announced yesterday that it was revising controversial ads for its Texican Whopper in England and Spain after Mexico's ambassador spoke out against the campaign, calling it offensive. The commercials promoted the Europe-only Texican Whopper, a burger with chili con carne, jalapeños, onion, lettuce, a wheat bun, and Cajun mayonnaise. They featured an American cowboy and a pocket-sized wrestler wearing a cape that resembles the Mexican flag.

Child actors are used to sell everything from online banking to birth control. Some recent anti-smoking ads are the latest to spark debate as they feature distressed children to get their point across. Do you think it's appropriate for tots to be used in commercials and print ads that target adults?

With a tag line like that, how could I not be curious about the new Samsung Ultra Touch cell phone?! Granted it's my pal geeksugar who could say whether this phone's worth owning or not, but lemme tell you it gets five full bars of my cuteness signal. If all those adoro animals are included, I'm thinking it may be time for my upgrade!

The fun of the Super Bowl may be behind us (go Steelers!), but the ads will remain, at least for a little while. Not all of last night's ads had me laughing out loud, but there were a few I particularly liked — and I'm curious to know which ones caught your eye (besides the movie trailers — we're talking about those over here).
My top tier includes Hulu's "evil plot to destroy the world" ad with Alec Baldwin, Teleflora's offensive talking flowers (seriously, folks?

The Super Bowl is known for all its incredible commercials and when it comes to cute factor, the E*TRADE baby stole the show. Do you mind when children are used to push products and businesses other than kiddie specific ones?
