I start every day with breakfast — it's the most important meal of the day — so cereal is a staple at my house. You can buy it prepackaged, but I prefer to make my own so I can add in extra tasty ingredients that not only add more vitamins and fiber, but enhance the flavor as well.

On Monday, a photo broke of Olympian Michael Phelps smoking marijuana out of a bong. The backlash was immediately palpable, with Kellogg's dropping its endorsement deal with the champion and USA Swimming suspending him from competition.
