Yesterday the Internet was abuzz with rumors about the Food Network's new competitive eating show.
However, I spoke with a source at the network today, and she informed me that, contrary to gossip, the Food Network is not filming a competitive eating series. According to PR manager Lisa Krueger, the show is more like a culinary version of The Amazing Race.

We know that healthy eating habits start from birth, and sometimes those habits go awry. Sedative Hypnotic Drug Warnings
In March 2007, the FDA ordered stronger warning labels on sedative hypnotic drugs. These medications include benzodiazepine and non-benzodiazepine drugs, such as zolpidem (Ambien), eszopiclone (Lunesta), ramelteon (Rozerem), and triazolam (Halcion). The FDA warned that these drugs may be associated with:
- Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) and severe facial swelling (angioedema), which can occur even the first time a drug is taken
- Complex sleep-related behaviors, such as sleep driving, making phone calls, and preparing and eating food while asleep
Patients who take sleeping pills should be sure to follow the directions.

In their spacious abode for their big brood, the Duggars have two kitchens — one for looks, a "pretty" place to make smaller meals and another for the more industrial cooking required when you have so many mouths to feed. Jim Bob and Michelle's book, The Duggars: 20 and Counting! ($11) is filled with recipes for their clan's favorite meals and thirst quenchers — from tater tot casserole to poor man's pizza and snow ice cream to lemonappleade.

I'm not in the habit of calling my alarm clocks sexy (mostly because I've developed a hate-hate relationship with mine), but this is definitely the exception.
The Vers 1.5R ($200) is more than an alarm clock though; it's an iPod dock, an AM/FM tuner, it has a 3.5mm AUX-out port for other MP3 players, and it's all crammed neatly into a tiny package, complete with a 15-watt speaker.
Although I love what it does, I also love how it looks.
