I have a weakness for runny poached eggs. Especially when they're on top toasted bread and crispy bacon. Throw in some fresh shaved parmesan and I am in heaven.

If you love the taste — and the runny center — of fried eggs but don't like the "fried" part of the equation, you should think about baking the eggs. Baked eggs are delicious, simple to make, and wonderful for dinner. Remember eggs aren't just good at breakfast, they're divine any time of day!

Earlier this month, Party and I were enticed by one reader's rendition of beef stroganoff. If you, too, found yourself salivating over her creation, here's another dish that you need to bookmark! Unlike the classic course, which has sour cream and mushrooms, the ground beef in this recipe becomes a stew with the help of a roux, beef broth, and Worcestershire.

Dear Fit,
For a few months now, I've been eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day. For breakfast, I eat Greek yogurt with half a cup mixed fruit and a cup of high fiber cereal. For lunch, I eat a big salad, topped with some kind of lean protein like grilled chicken, fish, or tofu.

Both of them managed to get six nominations each from their fellow housemates, with reasons including that Freddie used up all the eggs in the house which started an argument, and on Sunday Sophia got angry and accused her fellow housemates of stealing her wine. But who would you like to see go?

Easter is almost upon us and whenever I see pastel-coloured makeup, no matter how common it is (especially for Spring, it always makes me think of Easter eggs. Even though I'm not one to participate much in Easter festivities, the ideals of a springtime garden filled with pink, purple, yellow, blue and green eggs is how I envision this holiday. Therefore, if I were to go on an egg hunt (although likely mine would be the kind where the eggs were made of candy coated chocolate), I'd definitely be wearing at least one shade of pastel makeup to get into the spirit!

Sunday morning. It's sunny and warm, gorgeous — the perfect time to poach an egg and fail. With laptops in tow, my roommate and I sat down to eat pain perdu and read the news.
