Lately I've noticed a lot of jewelry that looks like food, or takes its inspiration from food. In fact, I've seen so much of it, that I thought I would do a full A to Z of food-inspired jewelry. Last week we ran it as a 5 part series, but I thought you might be interested in seeing it all as one big list. In the last part of our food-inspired jewelry roundup we'll address the letters U, V, W, X, Y and Z. At first I thought it would be impossible to find items for these letters, but fortunately there were actually quite a few things to choose from! Okay, so it wasn't flawless, I actually had to cheat a bit when it came to X. Instead of using the letter X, I went with the Roman Numeral X (10). So far, in our journey through food-inspired jewelry, we've gone from apple bobby pins to junk food charms, and today we'll have a look at the letters K through O. I've found kiwi brooches, scented lollipop earrings, mushroom rings, nigiri earrings (mix and match even!) and for him: olive cufflinks. The other day FabSugar tipped me off to a pair of earrings shaped like caviar. I thought they were pretty interesting, but I also passed it off as part of the "food jewelry" trend. Have you noticed how easy it is to find jewelry shaped like little edible items? Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of wearing donuts around your necklace (hey, it's better than your waistline!), however the whole idea seems a bit wild. Padma Lakshmi's Jewelry Line Debuts Tomorrow

Model. Top Chef hostess. Cookbook author. Now Indian beauty and culinary world darling, Padma Lakshmi can add jewelry designer to her résumé. Her high-end (prices range from $300-6,000) namesake collection of gold jewels debuts tomorrow at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City and I've got a sneak preview! The line combines Padma's love for food and fashion.

She was inspired by cardamom, lentils, and cloves: "In hunting for the most precious spices, I found the shapes of seeds and pods exquisite, a purity of proportion and form that had an inherent sensuality to them." Entitled "Padma" the collection consists of 40 pieces including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. I'm a fan of bohemian gold jewelry and if I could afford it, I might purchase of one Padma's pieces. What do you think of her designs?

When a tot is teething, you want to keep him happy - that's why our parents' generation resorted to a rubbing a lil whiskey on the gums. We recently explored a number of teething remedies, but a newer one caught our eye. Teething Bling are nontoxic, food-safe, phthalate-free silicone teething rings transformed into jewelry. The rings are either hung from strings to create pendant necklaces or made into bangle bracelets with the intention of having your lil one gnaw on them while teething. The thought behind the line is that babies will put anything in their mouths, so why not provide them with something they can easily grasp while mama goes about her usual business?
