David planned an extravagant 33rd birthday celebration for Victoria last night including a dinner at Guy Savoy. He ended up spending over $80,000 on his perfectly planned day of events. First he surprised her with a suitcase full of new clothes and then he whisked her off to Paris on a private jet.
