A lassi is a traditional Indian milk shake made with yogurt instead of milk. While many variations are savory, for my Indian-inspired dinner party, I'll be whipping up a mango lassi. There's no sugar, but honey provides a subtle sweetness to the creamy drink, while lime juice adds a refreshing tartness.

Lassi
A traditional Indian beverage made by blending yogurt with water, salt and spices until frothy. Traditional lassi can be flavored with cumin, and is generally salty. However at most restaurants a sweet version is the norm, especially mango flavored.

As we were discussing our fave animals in film and TV, I discovered that London was way ahead of the game when it comes to honoring our favorite furry actors. London's Dog Walk of Fame, unveiled in November in the heart of Battersea Park, spotlights achievements by beloved animal actors. Founded by the Kennel Club and Sky Movies, the Dog Walk of Fame's goal is to honor the work and contributions of the world's scene-stealing pups of the silver screen.

What a sidewalk sight Michelle Williams and little Matilda are. I would totally coordinate my outfit with my little lassie, too. But what's equally stunning here is Michelle's classic wool asymmetrical pea coat by Jeffrey Monteiro.
