This year I plan on using leftover turkey to make the classic Argentine dish pictured below. Do you know what it's called?

For the majority of my life, I heated up leftover pasta in the microwave. The result is hot, slightly crusty, not-as-good-as-the-night-it-was-made pasta. Recently, I started practicing a new technique that I think is much better.

You've just finished cooking a wonderful meal — grilled sesame chicken, roasted asparagus with sliced almonds, and mashed sweet potatoes and carrots. Food expiration can come with some surprisingly tricky time guidelines. While packaged food often comes with a stamped date to follow, I frequently discover the dates have disappeared and can only decipher a couple of digits. Take the guessing game out of the picture (and avoid getting sick from food that's unsafe to eat) by getting in the habit of labeling your food.
