After seeing BabySugar's ghostly cupcakes, I wanted to bake something Halloweenish for my wee ones. I was thrilled when I found these simple and adorable marshmallow skulls – a perfect decoration for a Halloween baked good. With only a bag of marshmallows, color sprinkles and a knife, I turned a regular marshmallow into a spooky skull.

Summer is coming to an end! I don't want it to, but there's no way to fight it, so instead, I celebrated by creating a frozen treat inspired by the great camping tradition of s'mores. Only a few days ago, PartySugar made homemade smores, and I decided to try my hand at s'mores popsicles.

I just realized that the entire Summer has almost passed and I have not enjoyed one s'more! Before the long warm nights are replaced with Fall's cool evenings, I must make s'mores. What better time to do it than at my end of Summer barbecue?!

For our black and white luau, FabSugar has requested a special dessert. While marshmallows don't have anything to do with the luau part of the theme, they'll be black and white, and more importantly: bite sized and delicious! Homemade marshmallows are a marvelous treat that will impress guests.

This weekend I was perusing the Valentine's Day section of my local Target when I noticed a bag of charcoal chocolate marshmallows. At first I only noticed the NEW! banner across the top — I'm a marketer's dream — and then I noticed that it was sitting on top of a bag of strawberry-flavored marshmallows.

I'm not sure how it happened, but earlier this morning I ended up on a marshmallow gun hunt. They're sort of like a Nerf gun, but instead of soft, foamy Nerf balls, you get to shoot soft, fluffy — if not somewhat sticky — marshmallows. From marshmallow blower to marshmallow blaster, there's a marshmallow toy for everyone.
