The Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas' new ads promise that Toronto businesses know how to treat their neighbors. These ads also show that the agency for the TABIA knows how to construct a good ad.
I've traveled to foreign countries, making locals scratch their heads when I try to speak their language, and I've also failed translation exams in college. So although I can't exactly say I have a command of foreign languages, I know a so-awful-it's-awesome translation when I see one. And although I know having your nether regions waxed within an inch of its your life should only be handled by a professional, I'm doubting this professional needs to have a PhD in waxing. Perhaps the Brazilian has gotten more complicated since the first — and last — time I got one.
