What is not to love about a stir fry? This recipe calls for tofu, which makes cooking this meal easy since you can just add it at the end. To make this meal work for the whole family (read picky five-year-old), I pull out broccoli, tofu and noodles to serve my girls before adding the spicy sauce.

Wondering what to do with leftover quail? Here's an idea: make a delicious soy citrus glaze, brush it on the quail for maximum flavor, and serve over a bed of greens and soba noodles. It's a wonderfully elegant use of the leftover game.

I was in a nutritional and culinary quandary the other night and couldn't decide if I should serve the main dish of my dinner over rice or pasta.
I had made a tasty Asian style skirt steak with green beans. The sauce was spicy and I wanted to serve the dish with some kind of carb to catch every drop.

Either these girls have made a pact with the devil, or their bones are made of Soba noodles, cuz I don't know how else to explain how they dance like this without the aid of CGI. Watch until the end when they take their show onto the streets of a Japanese city--the look on the faces of middle-aged women watching them is priceless! Thanks for the send AuroraBorealis!
