I'm a huge fan of tea towels. They're so versatile that I use them for everything from drying dishes to covering a batch of cookies to napkin substitutes. I like them even more when they come with a cute design, like all of these great towels I've found on Etsy.

I found this fantastic Daniel Craig–inspired tea towel in the Yum Market and just had to share it with you guys. TeamSugar member swwonder bookmarked this creation by Emma Bridgewater. The tea towel ($12) says, "I had a really nice dream last night about Daniel Craig," and is one of several fun designs.

If you had told me a year ago that I'd suddenly be coveting peacock-embellished accessories for my home, I'd have thought you were crazy. But that's because I would have been imagining fussy old-lady types of peacock motifs and not these very chic versions showing up everywhere right now.
Rather than render peacock feathers in a realistic style, these pretty cool peacock accents offer modern interpretations on the magnificent plumage, with simple silhouettes and elegant yet understated color combinations.

Sometimes we all just need a straight talkin' to. That's especially true when the pots and pans are piling up. So beyond a bit of Palmolive and some elbow grease, perhaps the answer is the Show Pony Do the Dishes Tea Towel ($20), a fair trade organic cotton towel with the kitchen commandment spelled out in screen printed stacks of dirty plates.

Do you miss your gadgets when you're not in the kitchen (the gadgets other than your mixer and blender, that is)? Bring a piece of technology — vintage technology, no less — into the kitchen with the Polaroid Tea Towel ($18) by Red Velvet Art.
I have sort of thing for adorable tea towels (I'm looking into it), and these towels, with the Polaroid camera lovingly embroidered on and the blue rickrack around the border .

I recently found Crafter user Lilyvanilli's beautiful hand-embroidered tea towel on Craftster. She writes that, "This was my first time using one of those blue, water-soluble markers and I gotta say, I'm hooked! The pattern lines came off so easy and it was really nice to be able to mess up on my lines and not have to redo the entire pattern.

I'm far from an Adam Sandler groupie, but there are a few of his movie scenes that always get me. One of these is in Mr. Deeds, when his character tries to sell an ice cream glove to investors — such a dumb idea but I still kind of understand the need for one. Since the fictional product was never produced, we'll have to make do by wiping down our sticky fingers with the MrPS Ice Cream Lollies Tea Towel ($16).
