Gordon Ramsay's Los Angeles restaurant, the London, opened last night with a star-studded dinner service. However, the cheftestants from Hell's Kitchen were nowhere in to be found. This makes me wonder if the HK prize — to be chef of the London — is a little exaggerated.

I don't know if there's ever been a rivalry between "Hell's Kitchen" bad boy Gordon Ramsay and "Top Chef" judge Tom Colicchio, but there might be reason for one now.
The just published 2008 New York Michelin Guide struck a star off of Colicchio's Craft restaurant — bringing it to one star — and gave Ramsay's The London — his first U.S. venture — two stars.

If I see a skylight, I'm sold. But this London home has a skylight that runs the length of its roof, in addition to full glass siding on its rear entrance, so my bags are packed. The rear doors open to a gorgeous modern patio, with neon seating, a fountain with a bridge, and a mysterious shed.

Alice Temperley took inspiration from the circus for Spring 2010. The collection, like last season, was shown as a presentation rather than a catwalk show (which you can see below). She looked at all aspects from the tattooed lady, to trapeze artists to the ring master and these are all represented throughout.

If you're looking for a great costume in London, then look no further than Angels which is an Oscar-winning wardrobe supplier! Last year the store had it's first ever clearance sale and it attracted enormous queues of fashion lovers all hopeful to bag a unique bargain. They've decided to do it again to sell over 250,000 items dating from 1900 onwards.

Paul Costelloe has been opening London Fashion Week for six seasons and Spring 2010 was no exception. He began proceedings with an architectural inspired collection with futuristic shapes. After the show, BellaSugar UK and I went backstage to catch up with the man himself where it was a very family affair!

At London Fashion Week this month she proved her worth to the British fashion industry by appearing on a staggering 14 runways. Scented candles are a luxury item which men never seem to understand, but when they have a charitable message it certainly justifies the cost. Temperley London are raising money for a good cause this month as they launch a candle for Amnesty International to mark Human Rights Day on 10th December.
The gorgeous smelling pink candle (£35) will be available at Selfridges, Temperley London and Amnesty International.

Last week at London Fashion Week, I was milling around backstage with BellaSugar UK who was getting the scoop on the hair looks for the William Tempest show when I bumped in to the man himself. I grabbed him for a quick chat about his latest collection and was pleasantly surprised to find him acting calm and looking very together.
The young designer missed out on Fashion Fringe in 2008, but did manage to bag himself a Vauxhall Fashion Scout sponsorship ensuring him a place on the schedule for three seasons.
